NANb Chat's client is free software under the GPL-3.0. You can read, build, modify and share it.

Source code

Every release is tagged in the repository as build-<number>, for example build-48. A tag holds exactly the source that build was made from.

GNU General Public License v3.0 only (GPL-3.0-only). Read the licence text or the LICENSE file in the repository.

You may use, study, modify and redistribute it. If you distribute a modified version, you must also share its source under the same licence.

The app uses Wire CoreCrypto, which is GPL-3.0, so the app is distributed under the same licence.

The server is not part of the open-source release.

Build instructions are in the README of the repository.

Issues and pull requests are welcome. Contributions are licensed GPL-3.0-only. Please sign off your commits (git commit -s).
